The bride and groom tasked me with producing 6 separate events over the course of 3 days in Lake Tahoe. Our production schedule spanned 6 full days, beginning with loading in during a snowstorm!

I am a firm believer in pulling back the curtain and sharing my process. As clients, I want you to understand what it is that I do and what it takes to produce an event of this magnitude. Introducing Ironic Weather Concierge. Ironic is a meteorology concierge service dedicated to helping wedding and event professionals navigate through weather changes and challenges.

This pink and black wedding at Bellagio is filled with modern, romantic touches. From the luxe black tables and chairs to pale pink roses that lead the bride down the aisle, every detail was selected to bring a contemporary feeling into space designed with an old-world sensibility.

The chandeliers lining the patio were not actually turned on. Instead, they were lit by casting white light through the crystals, allowing us to create patterns and adjust the colors of the reception as we progressed through the night.

With a special performance from Radio XX, a super-band made up of members of Life House and Savage Garden, this once in a lifetime Las Vegas wedding was the toast of the fall season!

Las Vegas Wedding Planner Andrea Eppolito shares a highlight reel from Johanna and Kevin’s modern wedding at Bellagio Las Vegas. This iconic casino is known for it’s old-world elegance, but was transformed with shades of black and pink for a luxe wedding with romantic touches.

The holidays have officially arrived at ARIA Resort & Casino as “The North Star” display welcomes guests with a brilliant winter wonderland, starry scenery and breathtaking imagery.

The vibrant design by Las Vegas-based event planner Andrea Eppolito in collaboration with the ARIA pastry team and MGM Resorts Event Productions takes guests on a magical journey throughout the resort. A towering 28-foot North Star stands in the center of the ARIA lobby, surrounded by larger-than-life crystal shards, flocked trees and a starry night of celestial starbursts above. The teams worked for over 100 hours to create and install the one-of-a-kind winter experience that combines elegant holiday décor with nostalgic custom confections.
