FUN AND SEXY SAVE THE DATE VIDEO OF CATHERINE AND PAUL
It was a Friday night in February of 2013, and Catherine was at her usual spot doing what she did best: behind the bar at Hyde in the Bellagio, serving overpriced drinks to swarms of bachelorette parties in an overcrowded nightclub. Insert Paul. Paul was great friends with Catherine’s co-worker, who introduced them. Catherine decided Paul was an intoxicated thorn in her side, but laid on her usual hospitality charm anyway.
Three months later, they both ended up in Costa Rica for a friend’s birthday. Paul was living in New York City at the time and Catherine in Las Vegas. After a few days in paradise, Catherine realized Paul wasn’t really a thorn in her side, in fact, he was extremely witty, charismatic, and maybe even a little handsome. They remained friends for several months following the trip.
On their first real date, Paul invited Catherine to Miami for her birthday. Paul planned an extravagant weekend, complete with three different restaurants for dinner one night, where Catherine ended up splitting her pants. Seeing that Catherine could laugh at herself at that moment, Paul knew she would make an amazing partner.
Catherine swears it felt like Paul came to visit her over the summer in Las Vegas & simply never left. After Paul realized he could successfully survive living in Las Vegas without injuries to himself or his bank account, he cut ties with NYC & migrated west.
Flash forward seven years, seventeen countries, three apartments, and one house later, they landed at the Amangiri Resort in Utah. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking, and Catherine soon realized that it was also a stunning location for a proposal. Paul arranged an intimate sunset cocktail hour in the middle of the desert, where they became engaged. The ring didn’t make it to Utah as planned, but that didn’t stop Paul from following through with his plan. He pulled a ribbon from a face mask & tied it around Catherine’s finger, which she wore for a week until the ring arrived. A very 2020 proposal, indeed!
Catherine and Paul live life to the fullest and strive to savor every moment. They could not wait to be married and initially booked a small, intimate ceremony in Southern California for immediate family only. Once Las Vegas opened up, they decided to host a reception that really celebrates their love of the city, of entertainment, and of each other. With less than 4 months to design and produce, this has been power planning at it’s finest!
Leave a love note and well wishes to Catherine and Paul below and follow along on social as we produce an exciting wedding reception for these two this October.
Always…a
