What does a luxury wedding cost?

One of the most frequently asked questions that I receive is, “What would a wedding like this cost?

My portfolio represents weddings and events in a variety of price points.

But what will your wedding cost? The truth is, I don't know.  It is impossible to determine the cost of an experience that has not been designed yet.  Your wedding or event will be tailored precisely to your desires, and its monetary worth will be aligned with the necessary resources to bring our vision to fruition.

The captivating photos and videos you admire on these pages begin at a price point of $2500 per guest, with the average ranging between $3500 and $6500 per guest. Naturally, certain events are priced outside of this range, with the total cost being dictated by the your final selections.

Every wedding I plan is an exquisitely curated narrative, a love story tailored exclusively to your taste and style. Your budget will be shaped by a variety of factors including the location, production requirements, floral installations, and audiovisual requirements. Food and beverage minimums, along with rentals, entertainment, and service will be meticulously factored in, along with my fee. We develop a comprehensive estimation to encompass all costs that will go towards crafting a remarkable experience for you and your guests.

Ultimately, however, we are not driven by numbers because this isn’t about the stuff - It’s about how the stuff makes you feel.

With such a wide spectrum of options and price ranges, where do we begin?  Some of my clients have the freedom to dream and explore boundlessly, with no financial limitations. Together, we conceive of a beautifully curated experience that has never been seen before, and we align our pricing to the design. Some clients approach me with a predetermined budget in mind. In such cases, I strive to design within those boundaries, always infusing the day with customized touches elevating the experience above the ordinary, while honoring the investment parameters.

Once we begin working together, I will present you with three budget projections, illuminating the ways in which you may choose to allocate your funds. This allows us the opportunity to delve into the business side of things before making definitives choices. You are encouraged to ask questions and inquire about all things to gain a profound understanding of where the money will flow and the value that your investment will yield.  As always, we will spend what it takes to create the experience you want, but never more than is necessary.   

Crafting a wedding is a major investment, one that I shall oversee with the utmost care, treating your financial outlay as if it were my very own.

WHAT DOES PLANNING COST

This business is built only for those who care about atmosphere and experience. As such, I limit my client base and collaborate with a select number of couples and corporations annually. I personally design and manage each occasion and celebration. Our connection - yours and mine - is absolute and the foundation of all of the work we will be do together. Throughout the planning process, you will never be directed to a coordinator, an assistant, or any other representative. When you call, I will answer. When you send a direct message on Instagram, I will respond. Rest assured that I will be there to engage and encourage you throughout every step. Tastings, meetings, demonstrations, and all other aspects of the planning process will be shared experiences, and I will be by your side at every turn. During your event I will serve as the leader of a professional staff comprised of coordinators, taskmasters, and representatives from all creative partners. Ultimately, however, it is you and I walking this path together.

Pricing is meticulously tailored to the magnitude of work required and encompasses an engagement fee, a design fee, and a production management fee ranging from from 15% to 20% of the overall cost of your wedding. It fee is applied across the entirety of the occasion. 

Travel expenses, administrative fees, and minimums may apply and will be disclosed for your approval in advance.

I do believe that money should be discussed. Whether that is understanding the cost of rigging, or the pricing of food and flowers, know that you should always have comprehensive understanding of what you are spending and the value that your investment buys.
