The venue is the cornerstone. All decisions, from design to partner selection, stem from the location. It must be stunning yet practical. Our role begins whether you're deciding on a location or already have a venue in mind. Our services encompass site inspections, in-depth research, education, and contract negotiation.

Budget Development:

Finances deserve transparent discussion. Just as with any investment, you should grasp where your funds are allocated and how they influence the day's emotion. We'll delve into budget discussions, setting clear parameters. With an agreed-upon range, I'll present options aligning with our budget.

Design & Details:

Here, we let our imagination soar. Your event design should resonate personally and intentionally. Each design is a unique creation, capturing your history, present, and future aspirations. To sculpt this, I invest time in understanding you, emphasizing a blend of contemporary and timeless designs, enriched with romantic and tasteful details. Beyond visuals, design encompasses flow and guest experience. Once the venue is set, your design vision takes shape.

Presentation:

Expect bespoke documents and tools throughout the planning phase. These will aid you in conceptualizing your event and may include from narrative writing, storyboards, digital renderings, and live demos.

Production:

Once you approve your design, we move into the production phase. I become the liaison overseeing all items that are custom-made, flowers procured, entertainment set, and menus curated. I'll ensure that everything aligns with your precise specifications.

Event Execution:

The day arrives, and we bring your vision to life. With an experienced team on-site, every aspect is meticulously overseen, from production to guest interactions. Imagine us as the maestros behind the curtain, orchestrating each moment.

Concierge Services:

Prioritizing your guests is paramount. Hence, we offer elite concierge services, ranging from website development to guest communications. Our goal? Relieve you of the logistical burden, providing services such as RSVP management, style guidance, and more.

Social Media & Story Telling:

In the digital age, sharing your experience amplifies its reach. At Andrea Eppolito, our dedicated team collaborates with you, ensuring your event shines on social platforms. Plus, we work with renowned photographers to immortalize your event's moments.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is unlimited; phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person meetings.  Some of my clients are very tech-social and like to share via Instagram Direct Messages.  Others prefer in-person meetings over coffee or lunch.  Whatever works for you is what we will do.  We will have phone calls.  We will have meetings.  We will text, trade, and hopefully play.  This is supposed to be fun! Let's have a good time! 

We must respect the work we are doing together.  I pride myself on being available for my couples. Communication is constant and comprehensive. You will speak to me, and I will speak to everyone else. I am the hub that connects you to the larger team, reviewing details and working to ensure that we are on point, on time, and on budget. Proposals and contracts will be reviewed and sent to you clean, with utter transparency.  You will have the opportunity to review everything and ask questions. Answers and a pathway forward are not always instantaneous. Some requests require research, time, and answers from our supporting teams. You will be kept up to date on the progress of any and all tasks. Inquiries and questions will be responded to within one-two business days.

We will work together to complete our tasks during business hours, with the understanding that we may occasionally need to schedule calls and meetings after hours and on the weekends. We all lead big and busy lives, and will always strive to respect your schedule and your private time.
